Returns & Refunds

At Ayiti Roots, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not automatically accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or orders the wrong size.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Wrong Item

If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received.

Wrong Size

Please carefully review the size information before placing your order.

Because our products may be made specifically after an order is placed, we generally cannot offer returns or exchanges solely because the wrong size was selected.

Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns simply because you changed your mind after the product has entered production.
